Media

Currently only the web site staff may upload media to the site. We should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. 

Contact forms

If you use the website contact form, we will email all of your information to the website’s email address. No contact form information is stored in our database.  

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and (optionally) your website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

When you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We neither receive nor collect data from any third parties other than the analytics and spam services described above.

We use askimet.com services to determine what user posts may be spam. Otherwise, we do not do any automated decision making or profiling.
