i sent you a message using the web contact form, but didn't get a reply. why?
First, you are doing the right thing by reading our FAQ. Check whether we have answered your question here. If it has been answered, you may not receive a personal response. David has many fans so we get a lot of messages/comments and unfortunately we aren’t able to reply to everyone individually.
We promise we read all messages and comments and respond if it is necessary. Ideas and concerns will be taken care of by forwarding your message to the right people if we can’t revise the site to provide the information you’ve requested.
